Psychologist and Psychodietitian
Life brings challenges that we do not always have to face alone. Together, we can look at what feels difficult and find a path toward better wellbeing.
How can I help?
I work with emotional, relational, and psychodietetic difficulties. These are the most common areas you can bring into consultation.
I support teenagers and adults experiencing:
- anxiety, worry, and overwhelming catastrophic thoughts,
- low mood and low self-esteem,
- difficulties in relationships and setting boundaries,
- emotional eating, binge eating, and food addiction patterns,
- low motivation to change habits,
- body image concerns and lowered self-esteem,
- burdensome dietary restrictions or weight-loss pressure.
I also offer consultations for whole families, especially parents of children experiencing:
- selective eating and lack of appetite,
- unhelpful habits, including those contributing to underweight or overweight.
How do I work?
My guiding principle is flexibility and adjusting to your pace. I do not judge or offer ready-made advice from a handbook. Every person has a different story, so I adapt the methods to your needs and readiness for change.
What can you gain from working together?
A better understanding of your emotions and the mechanisms behind your reactions.
Practical tools for coping with anxiety, stress, and crises.
More kindness toward yourself and greater freedom from perfectionism.
A healthier relationship with food, based on freedom of choice rather than restriction.
