Working with a psychodietitian involves regular consultations where, based on an interview, the specialist together with the Participant sets recommendations to be implemented outside the office. At subsequent visits, we focus on discussing results; if the recommendations are not optimal for the Participant, the specialist modifies the action plan.
The duration of collaboration depends on the Participant’s capabilities and situation, noting that changes in behavior patterns are usually a gradual, process-based endeavor.
